Sephora #MyFemmeFataleKit Social Campaign

The brief was to create a social campaign that featured 12 images either on Instagram or Pinterest that would highlight a beauty retailer's products. With Halloween right around the corner, I saw an opportunity to advertise Sephora's makeup kits they offer during the season.

The campaign strategically focuses around the models' eyes, lips, and nails to inspire their followers to incorporate the dark, yet chic look to their costumes. The hashtag MyFemmeFataleKit encourages its followers to post their transformations on the social platform. In addition, while photographing the makeup, they looked eerily similar to murder kits. I wanted to exploit the idea that makeup is a woman's deadly weapon.
